CircleScope Terms of Use

The service

CircleScope provides AI-usage visibility and compliance tooling for managed business environments: a browser agent deployed by an organization’s IT provider, a risk-scoring pipeline, and this administrative portal. The service is offered to businesses (IT providers and their client organizations), not to consumers.

Accounts and access

Portal accounts are created by invitation only. You may use the portal only on behalf of the organization that invited you, with the role you were granted. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the service.

Your responsibilities as a deploying organization

Organizations that deploy the CircleScope agent are responsible for doing so lawfully: deploying only to devices they own or manage, providing any employee notice or obtaining any consent required in their jurisdiction (for example through an acceptable-use policy), and using collected data only for legitimate compliance and coaching purposes.

Acceptable use

• No use of the service to violate any law or third-party right
• No attempts to probe, disable, or circumvent security or tenant isolation
• No reselling or offering the service to third parties except as a CircleScope partner under a partner agreement
• No use of the service to monitor personal, non-managed devices

Customer data

Data collected by the agent belongs to the deploying organization. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change as the product evolves. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircleScope LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship per the applicable service agreement. On termination, data is deleted per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
